Computer crash does not ask for help! General computer system troubleshooting
1. Blue screen code 1:
MACHINE-CHECK-EXCEPTION

Reason analysis:
The CPU is overclocked.
Solution:
Run automatic repair program, after system error is resolved, reduce processor frequency to factory setting. Do not overclock, it is better not to use software with too much power or software that checks for CPU overclocking.
2. Blue screen code 2:
0X0000007E, 0X0000008E

Reason analysis:
This is usually caused by viruses, memory corruption or poor contact.
Solution:
Press F8 to enter Safe Mode after booting up and run antivirus on system. You can also try reconnecting memory. As a rule, probability of memory corruption by this code is small.

Reason analysis:
Indicates a registry error. This error can occur if system module is corrupted. This error can also occur if some registry keys are missing. This may be result of manually editing registry.
Solution:
(1) At startup, press F8 to enter "Enable Debugging" for debugging.
When system is off, press F8 to enter advanced startup interface: "Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > View Advanced Recovery Options > Startup Options > Reboot", then page will navigate to "Startup Options". interface, press F1 "Enable Debugging", system will log in in debug mode, and then it can be debugged.
(2) If it is invalid, back up your data in advance, then press and hold or tap F10 while turning on computer, and use System Restore to restore computer to its factory state.
2. Problems and solutions for missing computer driver files:If your computer does not have a kernel driver file, you will receive an appropriate error after loading, similar to following picture:

1. To resolve above issues, first prepare a bootable USB flash drive for PE login.

2. Go to system driver directory C:\Windows\System32\drivers, you will see that partmgr.sys file is confirmed for deletion.

3. Find missing driver file in corresponding directory of normal computer system and copy it to bootable U disk. Then copy files from U disk to driver directory of computer to be restored.

4. Restart your computer and you will find that previous driver error message is gone.
If your computer still reports missing other types of driver files,
All drivers in C:\Windows\System32\drivers directory are copied.
After copying is complete, restart your computer and this error will no longer appear.

Method 1:
If access to computer system is not available, we can restart computer at this time. When computer is turned on, immediately press F8 shortcut key on your keyboard.
When black menu interface appears on screen, use up and down keys on keyboard to navigate, select "Last Known Good Configuration" and press Enter, as shown in picture:

Method 2:
If method 1 cannot solve problem, we can continue with method 1, then select safe mode in black menu interface, and then press Enter to see if computer can enter safe mode to start system, as shown in Figure Show:

Method 3:
If you can enter Safe Mode in Method 2, it means there is a problem with your computer's driver, or you have installed certain software or a program on your computer that has caused a conflict on your computer. You can uninstall this software. at that time.

Method 4:
If your computer cannot enter Safe Mode, there is probably a problem with your computer system, such as: your computer has a virus, your computer has been corrupted by malware, your computer's system files have been corrupted or changed, and so on. Sometimes you have to reinstall computer system or restore system.
