iPhone Tips: What to do if you've been billed for wrong transaction?
I don't know if you've experienced this:
When using some apps on iPhone, it showed that payment is required, but I myself refused, but I accidentally clicked on wrong one, and wrong operation caused charge issue.
Um, I'm sure I'm not only one with this. Many people panicked at this time. Some contacted support quickly and some thought it was a matter of a few dollars, so forget about it.
In fact, you can contact Apple to claim a refund of deduction caused by this wrong transaction!
However, it should be noted that not all refund requests will be approved. If refunds are applied more frequently, Apple may not agree...
Today I will teach you how to get a refund in such a "wrong work" situation.
First, copy link below, visit App Store support page, select "Subscribe & Purchase";
Then select an option based on your situation, such as Choose Random Purchase or Request a Refund;
For example, if you select "random purchase", you can apply in various ways, such as apply online or by phone and email:
Continue to apply for a refund online, you will be prompted to log in and redirected to Problem Report page.
On this page, select help you need;
Then select a reason for return;
Then click "Next" and you will be able to find app you want to check in and submit it.
It is important to note that if a payment is pending, it may not be possible to request a refund at this time. Once charge is complete, try requesting a refund again.
If you have an unpaid order, you will need to pay for it before requesting a refund.
Of course, in addition to this submission method, you can also directly call official Apple Support number for advice: 400-666-8800.
You have been taught this method, and students experiencing such problems should apply immediately.
