Apple announces it's time for iOS 13!
Apple today announced 2019 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will be held on June 3 in San Jose, California.
As in previous years, Apple will randomly select developers, and only selected developers will be able to purchase tickets to attend WWDC for a ticket price of $1,599.
WWDC mainly focuses on presentation of software, and there won't be too many bright spots in hardware. This year we have iOS 13, macOS 10.15, tvOS 13 and watchOS 6.
Of course, this is a developer preview and not an official release. The official version will not be officially launched until fall conference in September.
This year's promotional image is set against a black background, with many elements of system crammed into robot's head.
It is assumed that new system will likely work hard on expanding machine learning capabilities, such as improving Siri.
Does a black background mean that iOS 13 will have a black theme? Hey, I can only say that I hope!
It is reported that iOS 13 will redesign interactive homepage system for iPad, bringing iPad closer to desktop.
On first day of WWDC, Apple will announce new features in iOS 13. By that time, we will have a description file ready for everyone. Let's experience it together!
