Solution for not being able to create a new folder in U disk
What should I do if I can't create a new folder on my USB drive? Recently a user discovered that it is not possible to create a new folder on a flash drive when using a flash drive. What's going on? In this article, we will share with you solution that U disk cannot create a folder.
Solution:
1. First of all, you can check your U disk to see what format it is. The operation method is very simple, you directly connect U disk to computer, then right-click U disk letter, select properties, in property window, you can view format of U disk. If U disk is FAT32 format, you need to back up files on U disk, and then select format U disk. Only previous selected format needs to be converted to NTFS format.
2. If there is no format problem, that is, if U disk format is NTFS, you can try another computer to see if it is due to U disk or USB interface damage. computer is faulty.
3. If above two methods cannot be resolved, you can use an antivirus software to scan and it may be caused by viruses.
