The cmos battery voltage is too low and settings are lost
The computer takes a long time to shut down, but BIOS settings often go astray. After resetting system parameters, system can work normally again.
In terms of failure phenomenon, this must be related to CMOS battery. Open case and carefully check CMOS battery. It is found that CMOS battery is in good contact with motherboard, and there is no leakage of CMOS battery or fire in circuit around it.
After confirming that CMOS battery on motherboard is good, measure CMOS voltage with a multimeter and verify that CMOS battery voltage is only about 2V, well below standard 3V standard.

Replacing a new CMOS battery will correct problem.
