Step 3: Use command to shut down
1. When you click on "Shut Down" button, computer cannot shut down normally, so you can use command character to shut down. Press and hold window key + R key to open computer operation option, enter "shutdown -s -t 30" here and press "OK";
2. Next, system will prompt you to close reminder, and there are 30 seconds before reminder closes. After waiting 30 seconds, system can be turned off. During this process, if you want to cancel shutdown, use same method, type "Shutdown -a" and click OK.
