The sound of computer software is normal, but video of web page has no sound solution.

Under normal circumstances, if other programs and software can play sound normally, but only videos on webpage can't play sound, it must be caused by some optimization software over-optimized on Win7 computer and uninstalling decoder on computer . Next, let's present solution in detail:
1. First, press win + R key combination on keyboard to open running computer window at same time, then enter regedit into window and press Enter to open win7 registry editor window, computer can be opened.
2. In registry editor window that opens, we click to expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Drivers32 in left menu and then find wavemapper options in right window.
3. Let's double-click to open Wavemapper option, and then in edit box that appears, we'll change value data to "msacm32.drv" and finally click "OK" to save settings.
